We are using Zabbix version 5. We are using SNMP to fetch the information from our hosts to monitor them.We have added our network in the discovery rule.
We are using SNMP version 2.
We are able to fetch the Interface band-width utilization of Oracle SBC for all of its interfaces.
The problem is we are unable to fetch the CPU utilization of this device. Steps we have performed so far to fetch the CPU utilization are given below :
We are using the template : Template Net Cisco IOS prior to 12.0_3_T SNMP
IN the item field we have defined the OID which is the OID for Oracle SBC -CPU process as you can see in the attachment . But in the status it says : NOT SUPPORTED.
Please let me know if i am missing any steps and how i can successfully fetch the information.Feel free to ask any information you need to understand in a more better way
