Zabbix Server will not start, fails HA manager timeout

Hi,
I have configured zabbix_server.conf without an HA node, but it still tries to start the HA manager and fails to start.
Is there any other parameter, etc. necessary to have it starting without the HA manager, too this server has virtual
interfaces could this be the cause. Following sre the log entries and ifconfig, Config file is attached.
