One Action for all Triggers with special Tag?
Hello,
can someone help me with the following problem?
I want to create an Action which sends an E-Mail to our Ticketsystem if a Trigger gets "active".
We have many Triggers, so is it possible, to create one Action for all the Triggers who should send an E-Mail to our Ticketsystem?
The Usage of special Tags to the Triggers looks like the right Way.
The Action Condition "Value of Tag "IT-Ticket" equals 1" does not work.
