Zabbix not running after upgrade 6.0 "cannot write to IPC socket: Broken pipe"

Hello,

I updated zabbix to version 6.0 but after some time running it starts showing errors in zabbix_server.log

3989:20230516:025532.338 cannot send data to preprocessing service
4001:20230516:025533.348 cannot write to IPC socket: Broken pipe
4001:20230516:025533.349 cannot send data to preprocessing service
4002:20230516:025534.359 cannot write to IPC socket: Broken pipe
4002:20230516:025534.359 cannot send data to preprocessing service
4011:20230516:025536.382 cannot write to IPC socket: Broken pipe
4011:20230516:025536.382 cannot send data to preprocessing service
4016:20230516:025621.086 cannot connect to preprocessing service: Cannot connect to service "preprocessing": [111] Connection refused.
3988:20230516:025622.094 cannot connect to preprocessing service: Cannot connect to service "preprocessing": [111] Connection refused.


when it starts it works normally the error appears after some time


another issue is that it presents the message
"Connection timeout of 15 seconds exceeded when connecting to Zabbix server "localhost"."
in the template under "System Information"

how to fix ?
