I was doing an audit of the alerts we have received in our Teams channel from a host, and I noticed although an alert was triggered, and an action for it sent, the problem was not listed in the Problems Log.
We have all High and Disaster alerts sent to a channel in Teams. Here is the notification in Teams and the Action Log to prove it was sent:

However when doing a search for High and Disaster problems on the same host, it isn't listed. Selecting 'Show supressed problems' doesn't change anything either.
I should see an entry for 18/07 for 19:46pm.

Any ideas why this could be happening? We've relied on the Problem Log export previously but if I can't prove the data is valid, then that causes a problem.
Thanks.
