we are using Zabbix 6.4.6 as dockers to monitor around 4000 devices using SNMP agent with 355k items and ~250 VPS.
The system has 5 proxy servers and using MySQL with percona cluster as the database which is another cluster.
custom templates and items are created to handle the oid's and most of the devices are collecting data in the scheduled interval without issues.
but some devices are enabled and the status is showing as green but still it is not collecting the data in the scheduled interval but when i manually goto the item and do the test it is collecting the data also the execute now is also collecting the data but the scheduled collection is not happening for those devices.
it is not always the same set of devices everytime there is issue with this like for around 20 devices.
tried to change the proxy, deleted and created the host unliked and linked the template again but still this issue is there.
when i check the latest data page eventhough the template which is assigned to the host has around 100 items the latest data page only shows around 6 items for this hosts which has issue.
I am getting some deadlock error in UI other than that didint find any errors.
