Zabbix(2) agent proc.mem reporting pmem value >> 100% on rhel7.0

Hi,
We have an agent reporting (on a host with a huge process) reporting 646% memory utilization

% zabbix_get -s a.b.c.d -k 'proc.mem[java,xxxx,,,pmem]'
646.503447

Have you ever seen something like this ?
Version of agent2 : 6.0.6
Version of os : RHEL 7.9


(the output of the ps command is huge in the same manner)
