I know this has been posted before, however I can't seem to find something that matches my situation.
I have this issue where Zabbix will trigger saying: Zabbix server: More than 100 items having missing data for more than 10 minutes
In my queue it shows many items as missing and so the event makes sense. What doesn't is why. I've noticed it's typically items that only query every hour that are building up in the queue (makes sense they would since they only check once and hour). Another commonality is the items also discard unchanged with heartbeat 1d. I've looked to see if the values are missing and they're not.
The above screenshot shows two ​devices both pulling the same type of value and the items are setup identically except the OID of course. One of those two hosts was in the queue list with a time of around 1d and the other was not in there at all, and both had a received value that was within minutes of each other.
Can someone help me understand what is happening here?
