Can't collect Eventlog from Windows machines...

Hi Im using Zabbix 3 Long term version.

But suddenly All windows machines couldn't collect event log.

Only one Windows machine can collect event log....

I checked Server log , agent log on the machines and proxy log as well.

But there are no any logs....

Please advise me how to troubleshoot this problem.
