Hello everyone,
I use Zabbix (7.0.3) under the current Ubuntu Server 24.04 and the following problem now appears several times.
If updates for Ubuntu are installed (apt update, apt upgrade) sometimes the services must be restarted to finish updates.
Here it happens regularly that the system hangs up as soon as Zabbix Service is affected.
(According to my observations, whenever the Zabbix Server service together with the SQL service (in my case MariaDB) has to be restart.)
Obviously the MariaDB is terminated first and then the Zabbix server can no longer write data and hangs.
If I stop the Zabbix server service manually before the apt upgrade there are no problems.
The effect occurs in 2 different systems an on other Systems (look in the GERMAN Language Part of this Forum)
Under Zabbix 6.32 with a Debian 11 underneath, the problem did not exist.
