I am new to Zabbix, but I set up actions to email alert me when there are problems.
However, I want to only be emailed when Trigger Severity >= High.
When I set the Conditions to
Trigger Severity is greater than or equals High I stopped recieving emails.
When I go into problems I see the problems being registered there as High, but no email.
Also I need help getting emails when VPN Tunnel Down.
I set Trigger Equals Fortigate: VPN Tunnel#Name#: Tunnel Down and/or statements.
I brought a tunnel down to test, no alert reported.
I have given read/write permissions to the user I am using on all the hosts and groups.
If I don't set any conditions I get emails with no issue, but any attempts at filters causes issues.
