Discovery rule error for just one host

I have a discovery rule that finds all scheduled tasks in a certain task path, and this has been working successfully except for one host. All the Zabbix agent versions are the same for every host too, and I am not exactly sure why this one host is throwing this error for the discovery rule. The configuration and PowerShell script are the exact same for every host too. The error being thrown is below

Invalid discovery rule value: cannot find pair with name "{#IFNAME}"

Any ideas what this means, and what I need to do to fix it? I've seen little to no results for this specific error when Googling this.
