help in trigger with hours

Hey guys, this trigger in the time < 080000 is triggered with no data in 5m, not 15m.
Could you help me to fix this?

(sum(/acelerabet.com/charges_approved[{$ZABBIX_PWD},{$DB_HOST},{$DB_SCHEMA}],5m)=0 and {$GRUPO} = "B" and (time() > 080000 and time() <= 235959)) or (sum(/acelerabet.com/charges_approved[{$ZABBIX_PWD},{$DB_HOST},{$DB_SCHEMA}],15m)=0 and {$GRUPO} = "B" and time() < 080000)
