I have an HP/Aruba J9851 chassis switch that I am trying to get set up in Zabbix. I used the built in HP Enterprise SNMP Template that seems to recognize my other switches just fine, but with this switch I am getting an SNMP Timeout error. I have double checked my community and settings, removed it and added it back, used other tools to verify SNMP v2 communication, but I just can't get Zabbix to talk to it. Is there a different template I need to load and use? I'm pretty new to all of this and a lot of the configuration step is over my head, but I am willing to learn.
