We have a Zabbix 7 environment and imported the hosts from the old 6.4 env.
Both running on a PostgreSQL DB.
All agent based hosts are fine but SNMP based have 2 issues.
- When i enable an imported SNMP host, it ends up in the queue with a "Delayed by" of 55 years and remains there, blocking the rest.
When i clone the host and remove the old one, it works fine.
- Some SNMP hosts cannot unlink and clear a template and also cannot be deleted. Alert says: SQL statement execution has failed "DELETE FROM hosts WHERE hostid=10993".
But actual hostid=10978.
All newly created/added hosts have no issues.
Is there a way to fix the issues?
