There is a feature that I would like to have when dealing with escalation and repeated actions. So far, I have been unable to figure out if there is a way this can be done using the 1.1.x series. If not, I would like to request it for the 1.4.
What I am trying to do is to include the amount of time down for a service in the action. Specifically, if something is down, I would like the email to be constructed something like:
{TRIGGER.NAME} down for {DURATION} on {HOSTNAME}
so it would show up on my email/pager like:
IMAP down for 20 minutes on imapserver
Is there a way to do this using the 1.1.x? If not, can it be done in 1.4?
