Monitoring Windows Server: Remote command not enabled

I have a problem with monitoring windows-servers via zabbix. I'm trying to execute a Powershell-script which checks weather or not a file exists.
I customized config file and then installed the agent with
    Code:
    zabbix_agentd.exe -c c:/Zabbix/zabbix_agentd.win.conf --install
I did set the option "EnableRemoteCommands" to 1 and uncommented it and I also set a Firewall-rule to allow incoming traffic on TCP-Port 10050. Under Services in Windows the Zabbix Agent is Running and under properties I can see that it was started with the correct configuration-file.
Unfortunately Zabbix is still not able to execute remote commands and in the item-section of the hosts I can see the error message "remote command not enabled". Running the script locally on the Windows-Server via the zabbix Agent works fine, but only if I add the path to the config-file. I'm also able to run the script manually from the Zabbix-Server. I have three Windows-Servers which I would like to monitor and this problem exists on all three of them.

Here is the config-File of the Zabbix-Server as well as of one of the Windows-Servers (they're all identical):
    Code:
    # This is a configuration file for Zabbix server daemon
    # To get more information about Zabbix, visit http://www.zabbix.com
