cassandra database monitoring using jmx----not working suggestions needed

Got below error:

java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: 127.0.0.1; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused


Please find the image also....
My zabbix server ip:192.168.27.13 (Installed and configured zabbix-java gateway, zabbix agent installed)
cassandra server ip:192.168.27.111 (Zabbix-agent installed)
Zabbix Proxy: not used
All are same network....
cassandra server able to monitor via zabbix agent but can't via jmx....

I would like to monitor cassandra parameters to optimize it performance
Please advice me....
