monitoring errors in ethernet

Dear all,

I wanted to know how can I monitor the parameter: "IF-MIB::ifOutErrors" and "IF-MIB::ifInErrors" in percentage? The parameter that i monitor it's in units (like the accumulative value). Is there any way to see it in percentage during the time?
