Send alarm with email using qmail with mailserver

Good morning !!!!

I use zabbix server 1.4.1 into my internal machine and i want send an alarm with email system (i use qmail mail server locate in another machine always into my network) :

If i use into body of message the default parameters :

Notify Alarm under {HOSTNAME} control {TRIGGER.NAME}: in state {STATUS}
without <cr> the email envoy comes and all works correctly .....

If i user the double o multiple line :
Notify Alarm under {HOSTNAME} control {TRIGGER.NAME}: in state {STATUS}

Server: {HOSTNAME} Time: {TIME}

Control : {TRIGGER.NAME}

The email not envoy comes and give me a message error : Consult http://cr.yp.to/docs/smtplf.html ...

How i can to resolve this problem?
