I have a little problem. I have set most of my items to have a history of 7 days with trends of 365. Now this wasn't a problem pre 1.4.1 (I'm on 1.4.2 now) but since going to 1.4.1/2 it's killing my database (maybe not it but something).
My history database is > 19MM records and the trends is almost 10MM.
I would think that 2300 items, most polling every 180 seconds that I wouldn't have > 19MM records! How can I check that the database is performing properly, and that the housekeeping is getting rid of data that is > 7 days old.
Any suggestions? (and no i can't truncate the data)
Also does the data for graphs come from history or trends data?
And the value "clock" in the history/trends database...what is that set as? time since EPOC? ??
