Many times same item/trigger heritage and consequent problems

It seems I first post in the wrong sub-forum, as I didn't get andy feedback from users who tried to have the same setup as mine (http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7592)
First, I don't know if the fact that devices can get multiple occurence of the same trigger is correct. After all, items are protected by the "key" mecanism which prevent from monitoring many times the same data.
Ok, then let's say that after a I-thought-it-was-smart setup, thanks to my autodiscovery actions, a device get linked in a template 2 times, get 1 time an item but 2 times the corresponding trigger.
The first problem is that it's not really handy to have the "possibility" to have duplicated triggers (I mean, you get duplicated triggered mails for example).
Then the main issue is when you want to clean up this duplicated trigger by doing an "unlink & clear" action on one of the template provoking the duplication (see the link above to my previous post on this topic).
All that I get is that both triggers are deleted, as is the item...
I think this Zabbix behaviour has to be corrected.
