Port in use
When I try to start the zabbix_agentd on a debian linux box, i get a port already in use message, however both lsof and netstat are telling me the port isn't in use, and i have tried multiple ports with the same message.
I must admit i compiled the zabbix_agentd binary on a fedora core 4 test 2 box, but it seems to be working fine on a redhat EL WS-4 boxes, i am wondering - as an aside - should i compile the agent for every box, regardless how minimal the differences between them? or am a i looking in the wrong place?
any help, guidence, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
