I have a script that returns the number of ERROR entries in the event log on a windows machine in the last 24 hours. I have a trigger which fires of its greater than 0, and an alert.
The number of errors is gather by an item called windows.errorlog.
Could i create additional items called windows.errorlog.text and windows.errorlog.source etc and then use those within the alert that is generated when my trigger (based on the first item) fires ?
