After you create a Maintenance item you have to select Group=All and Host=All to find the item created. It does not show up under the Host is was associated with. :)
Something tells me you didn't updated frontend or this is me how are doing something wrong.. I saw that problem earler and I thought, I fixed it. :rolleyes: at least I can't reproduce it again.

Aly I apologize for reporting this. The problem was due to my own patch. I will be more carefully next time before posting. After fixing my patching problem, the site now works as expected. Thanks again for the help. :)
