I wanted to create a graph (e.g network utilization) and apply that graph to a template, but when I click on Item (Conf.-->Graph) I can only select a host not a template, is there another way to apply a graph to a template?

What I'm trying to achieve? Is being able to see graphs for all hosts in a template.

Thank you,

Yes, exactly as you described!

Configuration --> Graphs [You might need to choose 'Group' all or 'Group' Template] They should be there ;).

If you go Monitoring --> Graphs , you will not see templates!

Thank you MrKen.

I've attached screenshots for the options I have when I try to add a graph.

Graph1: Appears after I click on Add (a graph for the items)

Graph2: When I click on Select.

As you can see from graph2: I can select a node, a group and a host. Under host I can't see any template only hosts, so using this menu I can't create a graph for a template ONLY for a single host.

Is there anything am missing here?

Thank you

Well, yes, you missed Graph 2.

But anyway, I think you need to go back one step. Before you click 'Create Graph', you need to select the Group and/or Host in the dropdown boxes.

:D You need to select your Host 'Template' before the image that you have shown above.

The way I read that, what you want is one place where you can simultaneously see all the graphs for the children of a given template. Unfortunately I don't think this is possible without creating a 'Screen'. When I go to the Graphs view, it's not possible to view more than one host or graph a time.

An 'Add this Graph to Screen...' button or checkbox would be useful.
