Hello,
I wonder why we should tell zabbix what probe return what for zabbix items.
I mean if you take the uname of the server then let the Type of information to 'integer' This will fail. Zabbix should be able to change the type automaticaly to prevent those errors. This would be easier to use this way :)
Type of information should not be available for zabbix simple check or zabbix agent stuff, only for the rest and be set automaticaly for those :)
