enhancement for Type of information management of zabbix base item

I wonder why we should tell zabbix what probe return what for zabbix items.

I mean if you take the uname of the server then let the Type of information to 'integer' This will fail. Zabbix should be able to change the type automaticaly to prevent those errors. This would be easier to use this way

Type of information should not be available for zabbix simple check or zabbix agent stuff, only for the rest and be set automaticaly for those

no one stumbled on this issue ? wouldn't it make the frontend more user friendly ? I guess this is not really a priority as this is a cosmetic change
