web scenario - Define on one host, automatic deployed on several hosts?

I define an easy web scenario on one host. I don't understand how it was automatical deployed or where is my error?

The Scenario NIDAServer was create on host nidasrv-mrs35, but now I see it on a hugh mount of other hosts:



Any suggestions from you?
