zabbix not generate actions with unknown indicators

Hi guy, excuse me for my bad English...

I'm monitoring some hosts but the problem is that when one goes off, the indicators are activated action shall not, as the condition of these is unknown, would like to know how to make zabbix generate actions for indicators with unknown state. I want zabbix send me an email when one of my hosts that goes. I'm using zabbix 1.8.10 on debian squeeze and debian hosts are also some debian lenny and squeeze.
