Received value [26] is not suitable for value type [Numeric (unsigned)] and data type

Olá,

Estou iniciando com o zabbix e faço um select simples via php no Oracle retornando um valor no caso 26 e meu item está configurado como type [Numeric (unsigned)] and data type [Decimal] mas não estou recebendo um ok, somente falha.
Alguém tem alguma ideia do que pode ser ?

Observe que external check somente a partir do Zabbix Server conforme documentação.

11.1 Overview

External check is a check executed by Zabbix server by running a shell script or a binary.

External checks do not require any agent running on a host being monitored.
