Problemas instalando Repositorios de Debian 10

Hola a Tod@s,
Estoy tratando de instalar el Zabbix V5 en Debian 10 en un contenedor de Proxmox LXC y estoy siguiendo las instrucciones en: https://www.zabbix.com/download?zabb...ysql&ws=apache
Cuando llego a dpkg -i zabbix-release_5.0-1+buster_all.deb
No puedo instalar los repositorios y me da este error:
root@Zabbix-Deb10:/home/ags# dpkg -i zabbix-release_5.0-1+buster_all.deb
dpkg: warning: 'ldconfig' not found in PATH or not executable
dpkg: warning: 'start-stop-daemon' not found in PATH or not executable
dpkg: error: 2 expected programs not found in PATH or not executable
Note: root's PATH should usually contain /usr/local/sbin, /usr/sbin and /sbin

En el tutorial dice:
# wget https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/5.0/d...buster_all.deb
# dpkg -i zabbix-release_5.0-1+buster_all.deb
# apt update

La segunda opcion la cambie a:
apt install ./zabbix-release_5.0-1+buster_all.deb
