Action state "in progress" - Webhook not sent message

We are facing an atypical compromise, where I have a webhook integration between Zabbix and Opsgenie.

All Actions stay in the "in progress" state sometimes for days, until "magically" arrive at the opsgenie.

Does anyone know how to perform an analysis of this problem?
