Aumente o valor do parâmetro CacheSize no arquivo de configuração zabbix_server.conf.

Se estiver o valor default (8M), aumente para 12M e reinicie o serviço.

Aumente esse valor gradualmente se o serviço continuar parando.

Você pode ir observando o uso de cache do Zabbix pelo gráfico "Zabbix cache usage, % free".

O uso de cache do servidor acima de 75% por muito tempo, é um indicio que você tem que ajustar esse valor.
