Zabbix Integration OTRS - Closed Successful

I have the zabbix - OTRS integration working. https://www.zabbix.com/br/integrations/otrs

However, I would like to know if it is possible to create a function in the media type to send notification of closing the ticket.

Looking at the integration, it should be present there... There are message templates for all kind of actions, problems, problem recovery etc...
If it is not working for you, maybe you need to investigate, why.
