Zabbix Inativo e Erro no Banco de Dados

Meu Zabbix está apresentando dois erros, a princípio, erro relacionado ao servidor, e o banco de dados.




Em tail -f /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log está apresentado estes avisos:

Pimeiro erro, sobre o zabbix estar rodando... você precisa configurar o ip do servidor e as demais configurações la no /etc/zabbix do front-end.
O erro do banco de dados se resume ao erro "Unsupported DB! MariaDB version is 110002 which is higher than maximum of 101199", ou seja, reinsta-le o banco de dados na versão suportada que ira funcionar.
