Buen dia.
Actualmente estoy configurando alertas via e-mail en zabbix 3.4.5 ya configure MediaTypes de la siguiente manera:

SMTP SERVER: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP SERVER PORT: 465 o 25 (Alguno de los dos)
SMTP HELO: miempresa.com (los registros MX son provitos por google)
SMTP E-MAIL: [email protected]
CONNECTION SECURITY: STARTTLS
SSL verify peer: check
SSL verify host: check
AUTENTICATION: username and password
[email protected]
herethepassword
ENABLED: check

Esa es la configuracion de mediatype, ahora si reviso los logs del server tengo lo siguiente (referente a e-mail):
