    Problème découvert à travers un PROXY

    Bonjour à tous,

    Je suis tout nouveau dans le monitoring, et notamment avec Zabbix, en effet je souhaiterais gager du temps, grâce à la supervision et aussi pouvoir
    anticiper des pannes chez mes clients.

    Tous d'abord, je vais vous présenter mon installation:


    Zabbix FrontEnd 4.4.6 (VPS Ovh) <--- Zabbix Proxy 4.4.6 (actif 10051) <--- Zabbix Agent (actif 10051)

    Pour la partie proxy, j'ai installé les proxys chez chacun de mes clients sur une Debian 9 (Stretch) en VM ou sur un poste recyclé.
    Pour la partie agent, je la déploie avec une GPO.

    Mon souhait serait de pouvoir grâce au service découverte, de découvrir les postes de mes clients et de les rediriger dans les bons groupes (nom des clients)
    et du coup de leur attribuer les bons templates également.

    Pour le moment, j'ai quelques erreurs, dont un proxy ou les IP des machines clients qui se rajoute a celle du serveur proxy. Je ne sais pas si je suis clair.

    Auriez-vous des idées-conseils ? Car je tourne en rond depuis quelques jours sans vraiment trouver mon erreur, car je suis sûr que c'est une erreur de ma part.

    Bonjour Garfield,

    effectivement, je n'ai pas tout compris.
    Donc, tu as mis en place une règle de découverte réseau pour remonter les machines de tes clients.
    Tu as des remontées liées à la découverte, mais tu as des erreurs et là je suis perdu.

    Pourquoi ne pas installer l'agent Zabbix avec l'auto-enregistrement ?

      merci pour ta réponse,

      les remontées se font bien, mais voila le résultat:




      Elle remonte pas en temps que Host, mais plutôt comme IP additionnelles dans mon proxy qui concerne le client.

          je vois ce que tu veux dire même si on ne voit pas ton fichier joint.
          Lorsque tu utilises une découverte, si tu veux que la machine soit enregistrée avec son nom, alors il faut que le proxy ai accès au DNS pour l'enregistrer avec son nom de machine sinon c'est son adresse IP qui remonte.

                Bonjour Steve,

                Malheureusement, non, mon proxy a bien le bon serveur DNS du client et les noms netbios des postes sont bien renseigné comme sur ma précédente capture le prouve. Mon problème et que mes postes ne sont pas ajoutées en tant qu’Host, mais en tant qu'IP supplémentaire dans la configuration de l’Host du proxy.

                Sur la capture ci-dessus, c'est la fiche de mon Host Proxy.

                        si tu regarde bien la première capture, dans mon Host proxy, tu vois les IP des machines qui se sont rajoutées à celle du proxy. En face, tu vois les noms netbios des machines, donc pour moi le DNS fonctionne.

                          Modifie avec zabbix agent pour voir le retour.

                            Bien joué Steve,

                            Erreur de ma part, j'avais laissé le hostname activé sur les agents, comme il faut le faire pour le proxy. Du coup, j'ai commenté la ligne hostname et le problème est réglé !!!!

                            Merci encore à toi. je reviendrais pour d'autre questions sur zabbix
