zabbix trigger for monitoring event logs

Добрый день.
Есть проблема, сделал айтем который мониторит евент логи, выглядит так:
agent type - zabbix active
key: eventlog[Application,,"Error"]
type of information : log

всё вроде работает, сбор данных идёт.
Я сгенерил пару евентов и увидил их в Latest Data.

Далее я сделал триггер.
{HOSTNAME:eventlog[Application,,"Error"].logseverity(0)}=4

После добавления триггера у меня весит значёк:
trigger just added, no status updated so far.

этот статус не пропадает уже несколько часов. Пробовал дизейблить, енейблить, переделывать.
Не могу понять что не так.

Помогите пожалуйста.

Все, разобрался. Забыл в Фаерволе порт открыть.

Please, verify all small pieces of puzzle:
1) Zabbix Agent configuration:
- 'Hostname' parameter matches the host name in the frontend
- Servers in the 'ServerActive' parameter are specified for the processing of active checks

2) Item configuration:
- Type: Zabbix agent (active)

It's describe in Zabbix documentation

I hope when you configure all settings properly you will have no problem with trigger.
