    Спасибо за дополнение!
    А под "это дело" выделить отдельную учетку, а ей уже и предоставить права на запуск служб? Если не ошибаюсь, в более старых версиях агента была такая возможность (методом имзменения файла конфиг, user=zabbix)

        Я так и делаю. Только в Windows изменение этого параметра в конфиге ничего не дает.
        Необходимо указывать предназначенный для Zabbix agent аккаунт в "Windows Services -> Zabbix agent" (дословно не помню названия).

          В Latest Data у Вас изначально был выбран слишком короткий интервал (Filter вверху -- 1 минута), поэтому данных не было видно.
          Сейчас видно, что приходит шестёрка (т.е. "Stopped").

          Текущие замечения:

          1) в настройках элемента данных можно для наглядности добавить в графе "Show value:" сылку на mapping "Windows service state";

          2) я ошибся с условием триггера. Ноль, как раз, это "Running"; соответственно - "больше нуля дважды подряд" - это будет:
          Code:
          {ZABBIX_TEST:[FONT=courier new]service.info[wuauserv,state].min(#2)}>0[/FONT]
          3) ну и в условиях действия сейчас есть несоответствие: "Trigger severity = Disaster", в то время как триггер у Вас уровня "High".

          Для того, чтобы перезапустить локальную службу (Windows Service), мне кажется, прав пользователя Local System account (от которого по умолчанию запускается агент Zabbix в Windows) вполне достаточно.

              Доброго здоровья, AlexUnder. Как вам удалось добиться выполнения удаленных команд на активном агенте?

                Я сейчас занимаюсь решением точно такойже задачи с той лишь разницей что на хостах использую Zabbix agent 2 (Windows) и никак не могу добиться перезапуска службы по срабатыванию триггера.

                  Насколько я понимаю, конфигурированием агента работать в двух режимах (и активном, и пассивном), см. мой самый первых комментарий в этой теме.
