    Web-monitoring

If web monitoring doesn’t work for you at all, you probably need to recompile zabbix_server with parameters --with-libcurl --with-libxml2. If problems with authorization via SSO in web scenarios, then the approaches may differ depending on the protocol used in your company (OAuth, SAML, WS-federation).

Web monitoring is doing well, it is SAML that doesnt work, and i cant find any examples to make it work!

SAML POST, SAML Redirect or SAML Artifact?

Unfortunately, I did not work with SAML Redirect, but I think you have a problem running JS on the page of the application itself when receiving a response from ADFS. The application reads the response, parses and validates it. If the request is valid, the application creates own session and continues working as usual. Use CURL to understand at what step you have a problem. Does the authorization to the STS succeed, and does the STS send the GET request with SAML response back.
