Help monitoring Ping within a host

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to make a ping-only arrival, but within a Host. An example, I'm monitoring a Windows Server via SNMP, within that servers there are applications with other IP's, I would need in the same template just monitor these IPs, without creating several hosts one for each IP, is there a way to do that? That was an example not my case, it's just the idea.
Let's say, host via SNMP on ip 192.168.10.20 and inside the server there is an application on ip 192.168.10.21, I wanted to monitor this IP with a trigger in the same template, so there is no need to add several hosts.

You should add the interface that your application uses to your host. For example:

Name:	test_host.png
Views:	2529
Size:	15.7 KB
ID:	448036

Then, configure your "Simple Check" items with this new interface.

Name:	test_item.png
Views:	2579
Size:	13.6 KB
ID:	448037

I think you can add to your template new "Simple Check" items and triggers that can verify those host IPs.
At the host level, you should add new interfaces and configure your "Simple Check" items to them.

Right I added the IP as a new interface on the host. Could you give me an example of how to make the Item? I don't know much about this part.
