Updating original templates

Hello,
I would like to extend the original template “Windows by Zabbix agent active”.
I would like to add more items (CPU and RAM) to the Windows Service Discovery Rule.
I am not interested in the technology behind this, but would like to know how the template behaves during an update.
I am starting this installation with Zabbix 7 and would like to use the latest template.
Are the templates updated during an update or do they remain at the status of the installation?
If this remains at the status of the installation, you would have to download the update manually somewhere and then take a look.
Is there a repository here where you can download the different versions?

Templates are installed only on clean fresh install. They are not overwritten by any following update, you need to download those by yourself. https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/...owse/templates . You can choose older versions there also...Chose some other "release" instead of "master".
