Zabbix server: Value cache, 95% used

ho un problema con la mia versione 7.0.
Mi viene notificato che il valore Zabbix server: Value cache, 95% used .
Ho alzato il parametro CacheSize a CacheSize=5120M e riavviato il servizio, ma continua sempre ad andare oltre il 95%....
Come posso risolvere ?
