Zabbix 7.05 crash after adding VMWare FQDN host and discovery

I started using the VMware template (fqdn) but the Zabbix server crashes a few seconds after the discovery process runs. I can see the VMs and storage on the Zabbix dashboard, but then it goes down. It seems to have happened on zbx 6.x but was supposedly fixed. The moment I delete the vcenter host item and restart the zabbix.server.service it everything is fine.
I use Zabbix 7.05 on RHEL9.3. I followed tehe instructions. Created a bunch of Vmware collectors, but no joy.

Is this a known issue? Are there any pitfalls that are not in the documention? And if anyone can tell me where to look (in what logfiles) I'd be grateful.

Solved: Turned out the cache is -by default- set idiotically low. I changed in the server_conf from 8M to 256 or 512M and that fixed it. It would be a good idea to add such gotcha's to the setup instructions.though.

      Hi Ulx,

Could you check all the graphs in the Zabbix server health dashboard when the discovery process starts?
      Share the graphs, please.

I am waiting for your feedback.

      Best regards,

Thank you, but I'm not allowed to do that for security reasons. A clear NO.

So can you tell me what I should be looking at?
