Thinking of purchasing a support contract from Zabbix and wondering how many US customers are out there and what their experience have been. If you are a US customer please let us know your opinion of Zabbix customer support. Thanks!

The client site I'm at these days is looking at purchasing. However because of the timezone it's looking like the top tier is the only one which would work for us, I don't like that. I'm also not a big fan of the International call, but that's how it's gotta be for now. :-)
What I want to know is when is there going to be training in the US. I *KNOW* I'm not the only person interested.RHCE, author of zbxapi

I would like to see the training be available in the US as well, or at the very least some precorded training "videos".Comment

By the way, we would be very interested in doing training session(s) in the US. Please contact us if your company is OK to provide hosting there.

I don't have any experience with Zabbix support, but I have encouraged some of my clients to purchase it. So far, none have because they are happy with my support. If you heavily rely on Zabbix, I highly recommend purchasing support. The day will come where you wish you had it.
I have had some serious issues where support would have been very helpful to resolve the problem in a much "timely-er" manner.
I would be interested in an Advanced Class here.Comment
