About Get TCP Connection

Hi,

I using Zabbix Server to Monitor Network Local.Network Local have 3 computer is:
192.168.1.70 (Have Zabbix Agent)
192.168.1.111 (Have Zabbix Agent)
and 192.1.168.34 (is Zabbix Server).

What do I do to Zabbix Server get count TCP Connection at Computer 192.168.1.70.

I very need your help.

You can create a user parameter to each host and get this info.
