What information are you looking for? If it is just the structure, I would recommend pulling it from the source tarball in zabbix/create/schema/<DB Type>.sql

If you are looking for more specific information, please post the information you are lookin for.

      DB tables relationship

I want to write some code to solve an big problem today: SLA from my service providers.

The SLA on ZImbra it's about the service itself. But I want to measure SLA fault from my providers, not all incidents (e.g. outage power: is not a provider fault, but impacts service SLA).

I thought about to use an tag as #MYFAULT on comments from an trigger alert to identify that ocurrences and calculate provider SLA on some personal report, ignoring events with that tag on SLA calculation.

So, I would like to know relationship between comments, events and triggers tables to write this code.

      Thank you

I would actually recommend against this method due to the issue that Mox brought up in Why guest users may edit trigger comments?

Perhaps using a virtual host in Zabbix would suit your purposes? Create items and triggers regarding ISP SLA and then report on those.

          James,

Thank you for your help. Well, I can't see how to use a virtual host to do it, but seems a better option for me. For now I haven't events from outage power on remote site going to Zabbix.

So when that happens I lost my communication with that site and my SLA on that link starts count down. Is it ok.

But my contract with telecom supplier do not include on their SLA power fault. So I need to remove that period from SLA calculus. I have 12 remote sites and do it manually it's bad option.

Zabbix have some event that needs an manual operation from an human (as ack) to be included as trigger condition to start an fail event ?

I want to start contdown SLA not only because link is down, but because link is down and I confirm that is not a outage power. (for now I call site to know if power is it ok...)

          Best regards
