What is the current rate limit for posting? I ask because it seems that when we get hit by a spammer they spew many threads. Yet when you try to report a post you are rate limited to one report per 60 seconds. Can we either increase the rate limit on posting, and or decrease the rate limit on reporting spam?

unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a nice way to reduce time limit between two reports - http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=214386
something like the suggestion suggested in that thread seems to be a pain to maintain in long term :/
