Thank you for using it. I've scheduled a lot of improvements for the next releases one of those is a Universal version (iPhone/iPad).

My target is to expand Zabbix functionality in mobile environments by enabling many new features that allow Zabbix Administrators to interact with their systems in the easiest and quick way possible.

      Thanks again for your appreciation.

I purchased this app and I can't connect to my server. I'm able to connect with other Zabbix apps.. I added my 'admin' account to the API group and able to connect with other apps. With yours it says 'Connecting Server' and it never connects. Any suggestions?

          Hi gopher_49

          Check those things:

          - The URL field must NOT end with "/api_jsonrpc.php", just use your zabbix front-end home-dir URL (http://(zabbixserver_hostname)/zabbix)
          - Are you using HTTP or HTTPS connection ?
          - Are you using IP address or hostname in the URL field ?
          - If you stuck in "Contacting Server" state and wait until the timeout connection time , the App should says "Server Unreacheable", if this case happen this means that there is poor or no connection at all between your iPhone and your server, please check iPhone network connectivity (3G or Wi-Fi connection ?).

Let me know if this helps.

I tried the IP address and host name.

            I'm using HTTP

It's been saying connecting for 5+ mins

I verified the path and Im able to access the website via 3G network or wifi on the same phone

              - What is your Zabbix Server version ?
              - Is this server on the Internet ? should I test and see what happen with a temporary account ? Contact me in private if this is possible.

The server is on the internet and ports open.... It's only a lab right now. I'll create a demo user account and grant it API access. I'll send you a private message. I'll send a private message in a few mins.

It's something to do with my admin account.. I created a temp user group and a temp user... Then granted access and it works. I had some issues when changing my admin PW account. It resulted in the website getting a ton of failed authentication errors. I read to update it via the web interface which I did.. The errors went away but I assume this part of the problem. I guess I could create a dedicated webAPI user and group...

BTW - great app.. love it! The interface is slick.

I have the same problem when I try to login with admin account. I made a new account and now it's working fine.

                    The interface looks very nice!

I'm using this app to manage 3 sites and over 20 virtual machines... It works insanely well. I'm actually using the screenshots as a selling point to my customers.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience on MobileOp with us. I'm very proud of that.

I've introduced a couple of new features in version 1.1 that will help you more in tracking and manage multi-site zabbix installation with many monitored host.

The new version has been submitted to Apple yesterday.
